OpenMethods offers a wide array of service and support offerings for its products and services. We are currently implementing a new full service portal for FAQs and ticket resolution which allows a customer or potential open source user to obtain technical support, information on product upgrades, notifications of releases, bug tracking, and ticket management.
Our goal is to enhance the customer service experience for all our participants and to deliver expert support based on our past experience and involvement within the Open Source community.
